Because the team is committed to the sciences of the paranormal and to helping people with their paranormal problems, we do not charge for the following when an investigation is requested:

1. Gas charges for each team member traveling to and from the interview.

2. Gas charges for each team member traveling to and from the investigation.

3. Gas charges for each research team member traveling to and from the libraries, etc.

4. Time involved for each team member participating in the interview and the investigation.

5. Time involved for each research team member for the hours of research and documentation.

6. Time involved for each investigative team member for the hours of reviewing audio and video evidence collected during the investigation.

7. Printing costs for research data collected.

8. Printing costs for forms and reports.

9. CD and DVD costs.

10. Ink costs.

11. Gas charges for each team member traveling to and from the client location for the final presentation of the investigation results.

12. Time involved for each team member participating in the final presentation to the client.
