SCHEDULE AN INVESTIGATION

This form is strictly to be used if you are absolutely sure you are in need of a paranormal investigation.

Our investigation process is concentrated and comprehensive.

1. We meet with our clients for an extensive interview to gather the details along with a brief examination of the location.

2. An investigation charge of $125 will be collected when the investigation is scheduled for those located outside the Denver metro area. The investigation charge will be refunded at the end of the scheduled investigation. The investigation charge will be forfeited upon rescheduling or cancellation of the investigation date by the client. No exceptions.

3. When an investigation is arranged, the research on the location begins immediately.

4. The investigation can consist of more than one night depending on the severity of the situation.

5. Once the investigation is over, another meeting will take place between DPRS and the client will be presented with a full statistic report of the investigation including the research. The client will be provided with options that may be of assistance whether the evidence from the investigation proves to be positive or not.
